These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mission Staffing website and the communications we send you. By using this site or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

This website is provided by Mission Staffing for informational and recruitment purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mission Staffing and may not be reproduced without permission.

Job applications and submissions

Information you submit through application or contact forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee placement.

SMS terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Mission Staffing to contractors on active assignment with us.

What you'll receive

Operational reminders about timesheet submission and assignment logistics. Up to 2 messages per week. Mission Staffing does not send marketing or promotional messages by text.

Signing up

You opt in through our consent form or by agreeing during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of assignment or employment. Mission Staffing will not text you unless you have opted in.

Cost

Mission Staffing does not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that. You can also ask your recruiter to remove you at any time.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Text reminders supplement our email notifications; they do not replace them. You remain responsible for submitting your timesheet on time regardless of whether you receive a text message.
